2010 Transitioning
The 2010 National Board is so excited to work with each of you over the course of the next year. As you are getting ready to transition your chapter officers, there are a few things you need to do to make it official and maintain your chapter in good standing:
1. Check out these general Instructions which outline the details about how to open these documents.
2. Please fill out a Chapter Contract if you have not already done so at the National Meeting. Below are the three documents referenced in the Chapter Contract. Please read them carefully:
a. VBMA Good Standing Requirements
b. Chapter Metrics Equation
c. National VBMA Sponsor Recognition Protocol
The Chapter Contract must be submitted to the National Compliance Chair by Friday, February 12, 2010.
3. You will also need to fill out a Chapter Information Sheet. This form identifies your new Chapter Officers and details all the information we need about your chapter so that we can update our records and your chapter page on the website.
The Chapter Information Sheet must be submitted to the National Vice President and your Regional Leader within one week of officer transition.
